What’s the difference between the free list and a paid membership?+
The free list gets you the public feed — newsletter, public episodes, and live Spaces alerts. Paid members unlock the full archive, ad-free audio, the dashboards, members-only articles, and the comment threads.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. One click in your account, no email gauntlet, no retention call. Your access continues through the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
Do you offer refunds?+
If you sign up and decide within seven days that it isn’t for you, email hello@mazelove.ai and we’ll refund you, no questions asked.
How is my payment handled?+
Payments run through Stripe. We never see or store your card details. You can update or cancel from your account dashboard at any time.
Do you do student or hardship pricing?+
Yes. If a paid membership is genuinely out of reach, email hello@mazelove.ai with a sentence about your situation and we’ll get you access.
Will my support actually fund the work?+
Directly. There are no investors, no parent network, and no sponsors steering the show. Member dollars pay for production, research, and the bandwidth to keep this fully independent.
